SBI PO 2020 notification has been released along with the Application Form on November 14, 2020. SBI has announced a total of 2,000 vacancies for the post. The last date to fill the application form is December 4, 2020. 

As per the official notification, the last date for printing the application is December 19, 2020.

The SBI PO preliminary exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 31, 2020 and January 2, 4 and 5, 2021.

SBI Apprentice 2020 notification has been released along with the Application Form on November 20, 2020. SBI has announced a total of 3,850 vacancies for the post.

The last date to fill the application form is December 10, 2020.

  • Fill the basic details such as circle, state, official language, category, nationality, centre for preliminary and mains exams, etc.

The selection for Probationary Officers will be done through a three-tier process: 

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: 

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online. The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

Main Examination will be conducted online and will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately after conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.

Phase – III: Descriptive Paper:

In mains examination, candidates also need to appear for a descriptive paper. Candidates have to attempt two questions from essay and letter writing carrying 50 marks in 30 minutes.

SBI SO

  • SBI recruits specialist officers for various departments, through direct recruitment. 
  • Here the selection process involves shortlisting of the applications based on the candidate’s  educational qualification and post qualification experience followed by personal interview or discussion. 
  • The posts for which such selection process is followed are SME Credit analyst, Product Manager, Manager (Data Analyst) And Manager (Digital Marketing), Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata, Senior Executive (Digital Relations, Analytics, Digital Marketing), Senior Executive (Social Banking & CSR) and Executive (FI & MM), Banking Supervisory Specialist And Manager (Anytime Channel, Deputy Manager (IS Audit), Chief Officer (Security), Vice President (Stressed Assets Marketing), Chief Manager(Special Situation Team) And Deputy Manager(Stressed Assets Marketing, Wealth Management Officer etc. 
  • For part 1 of the question paper which consists of Reasoning, English or Quantitative sections, each question will be of one mark. 
  • Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct answer and 0.25 Or ¼ mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • For the professional knowledge section, each question will carry 2 marks and 0.5 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

SBI Clerk

The selection of SBI clerk recruitment is carried out in 3 stages:

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination:

Phase-III: Test of Specified Opted Local Language:

The candidates who get provisionally selected after clearing Preliminary and Main exams need to appear for a test of specified opted local language. 

Any candidate who fails to clear the test will be disqualified from the recruitment. 

The official website informs, “It may be noted that candidates who get provisionally selected and produce marksheets of classes X and XII or certificate evidence having studied the opted local language will be exempted from giving the test.” 

SBI Apprentice

The selection of SBI Apprentice is carried out in 3 stages:

SBI Admit Card 2020 for all stages releases online on the official website of SBI. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. SBI admit card contains exam related information as well as candidate’s personal details.
