New Delhi, November 9 | MHT CET 2020 Answer Key is scheduled to be released tomorrow, November 10, 2020 by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra on the official website mahacet.org.
The candidates who have appeared for MHT CET 2020 Examination will be able to download the Answer Key from the official website by logging in using their login credentials and calculate their probable score in the exams before the announcement of results.
The candidates will also be allowed to challenge the Answer Key if any discrepancy is found from November 10 to November 12, 2020.
The Authorities will also be releasing the Candidates’ Response Sheets and question paper along with the Answer Key 2020.
Maharashtra CET 2020 exam was conducted for PCB group on October 1 and October 2, and then from October 4 to October 9, 2020.
The PCM group examination was conducted from October 12 to October 16, and then on October 19 and October 20, 2020.
MHT CET 2020 Answer Key – Steps To Download
Once Released, Download MHT CET 2020 Answer Key by following the below provided steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of MHT CET 2020 mahacet.org
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Candidate Login’ section
Step 3: Enter the required credentials
Step 4: Hit the ‘Sign into account’ button
Step 5: MHT CET 2020 answer keys and candidate responses will be displayed
Step 6: Download the Answer Key, Response Sheet for comparing the Answers.
The candidates can calculate their probable scores by referring to the official marking scheme.
In paper 1, each question will carry 2 marks. Whereas, In paper 2 and 3, each question will carry 1 mark.
There will be no negative marking.
The candidates will have the provision to challenge the answer key, in case they come across any incorrect key.
They will have to raise their challenges from November 10 to November 12, 2020.
MHT CET 2020 Answer Key – Discrepancies
In case of any discrepancies, the candidates can raise objections in the following manner:
- Candidates will have to submit their complaints along with detailed solutions to the question to State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, through their official website.
- Note that complaints received through courier/post will not be entertained.
- Candidates raising objections against answer keys have to pay Rs 1000 + service charges for each objection.
- Note that the objection fee will NOT be refunded.
About MHT CET
MHT CET (MH CET) or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai for admissions to first-year Engineering and Technology programmes (BE/BTech) and Pharmacy programmes (BPharma/PharmaD) in the state. Till 2018, the exam used to be conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.
Candidates will be allotted seats in the different colleges of Maharashtra on the basis of candidates’ results in MHT CET 2020. It is one of the largest exams in terms of test-takers in India as around three lakh applicants appear in MHT CET every year. MHT CET is considered a relatively tough exam to attempt.
