The admit card for JEE Advanced 2020 is available to download from today, September 21, 2020, 10 am to Sunday, September 27, 2020, 09:00 am from the online registration portal.
The JEE Advanced 2020 exam will be held on September 27, 2020. The first paper will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM while the second paper will be conducted between 2:30 PM and 5:50 PM.
JEE Advanced 2020 Admit Card – Steps To Download
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2020 jeeadv.ac.in.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Candidate Login’ link.
Step 3: Enter your JEE Advanced 2020 registration number, Date of Birth, Mobile number and email id to login.
Step 4: JEE Advanced 2020 hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Check all the details printed on the admit card.
Step 6: Download and take a printout for future reference.
The admit card will bear the details of the candidate, such as- Name, Roll number for JEE Advanced 2020, photograph, signature, date of birth, address for correspondence and category.

JEE Advanced 2020 – Schedule of Exam
JEE Advanced 2020 admit card contains the schedule of the exam as well. The examination consists of two papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) of three hours duration each. Both the papers are compulsory. The examination will be held as per the following schedule:
The JEE Advanced 2020 exam will be held on September 27, 2020. The first paper will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM while the second paper will be conducted between 2:30 PM and 5:50 PM. It is to be noted by the students that the schedule will remain the same even if September 27, 2020, is declared a public holiday.
All PwD candidates are eligible for one hour compensatory time, i.e., the end time will be 1 PM for Paper 1 and 6:30 PM for Paper 2.
JEE Advanced 2020 – Exam Pattern
The examination consists of two papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2) of three hours duration each.
The exam will be held in online mode only. The question papers will consist of objective type (multiple choice and/or numerical answer type) questions designed to test academic, comprehensive, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates.
Each question paper will consist of three separate sections, viz., Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Negative marks may be awarded for incorrect answers for some of the questions. Details of the marking scheme will be provided in the “Instructions to Candidates” section at the time of examination.
The candidates must carefully read and adhere to the detailed instructions given in the question papers available at the time of examination.
About JEE Advanced
JEE Advanced is conducted every year by one of the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) namely IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee or Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore under the aegis of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
Admissions to Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programmes (entry at the 10+2 level) in all the 23 IITs, including the Indian School of Mines (ISM) are done based on ranks obtained by candidates in JEE Advanced.
