AISSEE Application Form 2021 Released for Sainik School Admission | Entrance Exam On January 10

New Delhi, October 20 | All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) Application Form for the academic year 2020-21 has been released by NTA for Sainik School Admission today, october 20, 2020 on the official website

The candidates who want to take Admission in Class 6 or Class 9 can fill the application form now at the official website  for admission to 33 Sainik Schools across the country.

The online Application for the same has been released today, October 20 and the last day to submit the form is November 19, 2020.

The Admission for girls is also open now for Class 6. 

The AISSEE 2021 Examination is scheduled to be conducted on January 10, 2020 in pen and paper OMR based mode at designated centers across the Country.

AISSEE Application Form 2021 – Steps To Apply

In order to apply for AISSEE 2021, follow the below provided steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website at

Step 2: Click on the link given for online registration

Step 3: Provide the necessary information in the form

Step 4: Your ID and password will be generated and will be sent on your registered mobile number and email ID. Keep them saved somewhere.

Step 5: Login using the same ID and password and proceed to fill the form

Step 6: Upload the photograph of candidate

Step 7: Pay the application fee online via digital payment options and submit your form

Step 8: You will receive an acknowledgement after your form is submitted, on your mobile number via SMS‚ÄČand on email ID.

The Application fee for AISSEE 2021 is Rs 400 for SC/ST candidates and Rs 550 for all other categories.

The Application Fee has to be paid in online mode using debit or credit cards, internet banking, or PayTM Wallet.

AISSEE 2021 Application Form – Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for appearing in AISSEE 2021 for Admission in Sainik Schools across the Country is as follows:

  • For admission in Class 6, candidates should be between 10 and 12 years of age as on March 31, 2021. 
  • Admission for Girls is also open in Class 6.
  • For admission in Class 9 at Sainik Schools, candidates should be between 13 and 15 years of age as on March 31, 2021 and should have passed Class 6, from a recognised school.


All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) is conducted for Class 6 and Class 9 Admissions in the Sainik  Schools across the Country.

The exam is objective type having multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and is OMR-based. The exam carries 400 marks for class 9 while it carries 300 marks for the students of class 6.

Sainik Schools are affiliated to CBSE and train cadets to join the National Defence Academy (NDA) Khadakwasla in Pune, Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, and other officer training military institutes. As of now, there are 33 Sainik schools across the country.
